Perhaps a "links" area sorted by topics would also be helpful.

For instance, I've seen some topics in Communications and people might like a list of resources for that. In Virginia we've standardized training for emergency communications volunteers. The materials are available at the following URL:

Ed, thats a good idea. I'm thinking I should put that on the site instead of in the forum. I'll start compiling them.
